Repealing the (Un)Employment Rights Bill
Labour’s 330 pages of employment red tape have had a chilling effect on the job market. Unemployment has soared, 1 in 6 young people cannot find a job, and businesses are taking a £1 billion a year hit. We will stop the mounting jobs crisis.
We will dismantle Labour’s bill, repealing all of the job-killing measures in it and ensuring that there is a proper balance between employee and employer. We respect that it is only businesses that create sustainable, well-paying jobs and we will let them get on with it.
